Civico Uno Bed and Breakfast

CivicoUno is located in the heart of the ancient Etruscan village of Campiglia Marittima overlooking the Val di Cornia.

The B&B is set in one of the ancient gates of the medieval fortress a few meters from the XII century fortress.

From the windows of the rooms as well as a picturesque view of the village of Campiglia you can see the sea and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago.

The hundreds of swallows, the blue of the clear sky and the red of the beautiful sunsets, will transform your stay into a unique experience.

To welcome you, as well as us, Luca and Simonetta, there will be small alleys in which to get lost, ancient stones and glimpses of the medieval city whose magic is still breathed.

For those who want to explore the area there is only spoiled for choice.

The beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast with the jewel in the crown of the enchanting “Gulf of Baratti” with its scenic pinewood and the ancient Acropolis and Etruscan Necropolis of Populonia.

The famous “Terme di Calidario” in Venturina and the “Terme di Sassetta“, for those who decide to spend a few hours in total relaxation.

Those who want to try their hand at trekking excursions, from Campiglia you can walk to the Archaeological-mining Park of San Silvestro, with its Rocca home to numerous film sets.

Also routes for bicycles on the road or mountain bike and suggestive itineraries for motorcycles on the nearby Monte Amiata.

Without forgetting the flavors of the land, visits to wineries and tastings of the great wines of the nearby Bolgheri and Suvereto.

A perfect area for those who love the sea, nature, relaxation, sport and good food.

We are ready to welcome you in our magic B&B, at your complete disposal for any need.
Chef Simonetta will be your guide to taste. Campiglia Marittima is rich in delicious local products and fresh fruits of nature at Km 0.

We are waiting for you! See you soon
